At first I was a little bit nervous and I've been here eight and a half years and I consider this my home. They did the best they could to make me feel at ease. I didn't receive the notice that the rent was going up so needless to say I got my first pay or quit notice. When I got a hold of Jay hey totally believe me that I have no idea of the rent increase so he weighed the $50 late fee which he didn't have to do at all. I was so grateful and I felt a little dumb that I didn't know that. He talks with them calm voice which makes me feel great . Honestly I couldn't ask for a better company .

Mark, Jay, Jennifer and Joe have been nothing short of amazing to my family and I. We have been renting from them for over 5 years and don't plan on leaving. Any repair requests are answered right away. They communicate well and are always willing to work with their tenants. Their professionalism and dedication to their properties and tenants is what creates long term relationships with their clients! If you are looking to rent, sell or buy, these are your guys!

I rented from Certified Realtors for 3 years they are AMAZING and always took care of all the maintenance that our home needed. I highly recommend renting from them.

I haven’t actually rented through certified realtors, but I have had many encounters with them inquiring about their rentals. Every person I have talked to has been extremely nice and patient with me. They never seem to get upset or inpatient from continuous inquiries. They have always given me good advice and detailed information. They are fair and stick to their policy. They do not allow multiple people to apply for their houses because they want to be fair and not rob people of their money. I hope to rent through them someday because of the professionalism I have received from everyone who has ever picked up the phone in that office.
