I’ve lived here for almost a decade. This place has always been loud it’s just built all wrong. It’s like a Racquetball court And you live in a tent. I can hear everything that happens outside like it’s happening inside my Appartment. Management will put out a news letter occasionally addressing noise in common arias but they never do anything to enforce it. People let there kids play in the courtyard and they get very loud. They scream, yell and run In These arias shared areas all day long. It gets so unbearable I have to leave my appointment during the evenings sometime just to get some quiet. I’ve notified management several times over the years. When I first moved in there was a different manager and he definitely handled theses things better. The person they put in place of him will
