Blue North

Blue North Apartments are really a find. Gibelly, the property manager is extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. Always a fast response, maintenance taken care of right away, and she's just a kind person in general. I rented a studio. They're spacious at 525 square feet and laid out well, nothing feels cramped. Everything is updated inside including appliances, flooring, countertops, cabinets, and lighting. Expansive private balcony. Zero neighbor noise of any kind. Zero bugs. Plumbing was redone recently and so the tap water tastes great. Assigned gated parking for no extra fee. Pet friendly, lots of dogs but somehow you never hear any bark. Great laundry room with dryers that actually dry everything in one go, even towels. Beautiful pool that is well maintained. Property is lavish

My family and I super thankful we found an amazing community to live in. The location is perfect, management is great, parking is awesome, and the amenities are great. The laundry room is always working and clean. The pool is also well maintained and clean. The maintenance guy always does his best to complete repair jobs. He is a wonderful guy!

Property manager Paris was amazing from start to finish. The apartment itself was beautifully updated and had much more space and storage than I’d expect a studio to have. Never had an issue with bugs and maintenance was always great. Any issues were quickly rectified. Great complex. I’m sad to be leaving.

everything is fine, if I did not want to change the location, I would continue to live there. The manager Kevin always promptly helped with resolving issues, the neighbors were not noisy and friendly, there were almost always no people in the pool :) The only thing would be good if an intercom was installed in some parts of the building so that the delivery services had access to the territory.

My boyfriend lives here. The pool is super nice in the summer. His neighbors are very nice and friendly. He just renewed for another year. Rates are reasonable.
