Valencia Gardens Apartments

This is the worst place to live due to the roaches and the AC that dose not work and the gray water that is in my kitchen and my shower . The anger and aggression the owner has against her customers Is vary disrespectful ... I had reached out to the "news 4 Tucson " to a story on this apartment . They had said they will do a story and have one of there workers live here for a month and report back to the news about the experience. Also having a reporter come to the seen and talk with locals in the "Valencia gardens apartment " .... If your looking for a good place to stay i quote " this is not the place you won't to be living".

Very inconvenient, managers don't care about tenants!! Can't call them and they let their maintenance workers do what ever they want even harass tenants and apartments are full of roaches My Air conditioning went out a week ago I reported it and a haven't received an answer, its 100° degrees my apt is over 105° does anybody know 9f any good lawyers that want to get paid and sue them!!

I rent a studio, it is quite large, the cost is 725.00 dollars, very lumpuo and the staff are very attentive thanks to maintenance, they are always on the lookout and in the office there is always someone to attend in the office to thanks. To all the cleaning workers, because if it's very clean and if I tell you, every k you renew your contract, they raise your rent

The management is so irresponsible and very unprofessional, they like to charge you if company comes over and the apartments are all full of roches and they cant seem to get rid of them i recommend you look at other apartments.

The management refuses to give you a receipt when you pay rent instead they post it on you door, where everyone can read it or take it, they allow tenants to sell food out of apartments, they have a no pet policy, yet they have tenants walking around with dogs, when I questioned it, they said they tenants with pets had Doctors excuses, pool was never open something was always wrong with pool, Manager do not understand English well, or they pretended not to when you went to complain about something just do not rent there I left after only two months this place is the worse place you can possibly rent, the maintenance man is the security guards who lives in a studio with 4 other men just do not rent at this place
