I’ve never written a review for any apartment complex I’ve lived in before, but this has by far been the worst experience we’ve had. When we first moved in, it was great—management was helpful, and the amenities were a big selling point. However, that quickly changed. Amenities: When we signed our lease, there was a 24/7 marketplace for tenants and a hot tub, which we were really excited about. The marketplace no longer exists, and the hot tub was closed for the winter months during our lease this past year, making it unusable by the time Florida’s heat came around. The only amenity worth mentioning now is the gym, which does have most of the machines you’d expect. Safety: If safety matters to you, this is not the place to live. There are consistently multiple cop cars in the complex. Le

We recently came here with our Food truck!! And it was Such a beautiful place, close to so many different places!! Kevin was an absolutely joy to speak to!! My first initial thought when walking inside the leasing office was how amazing it smelled!!!! Looking forward ti coming back!!

I wouldn’t be leaving two stars if it wasn’t for how they chose to end our lease. Throughout our stay here we were on the first floor and could hear everything going on upstairs. It sounded like our neighbors were dropping bowling balls several times a day and not to mention that there’s always a problem with trash pickup and sometimes they just don’t pick up the trash and the office constantly harassing you with emails about the TRASH. They really threaten you with fines for 100 bucks just for leaving your garbage can out past the time they want you to bring it which is 8am which is already a crazy time like can I sleep? All of that and then when we moved out they charged over 200 dollars of rent when we had already moved out and had paperwork of our new lease to prove it. So we paid for

This will be my 6th or seventh month living here, I am on the second floor and I will WARN ALL OF YOU RIGHT NOW, THE FLOORS ARE PAPER THIN!! ,AND I CAN HEAR MY UPSTAIRS NEGHBORS STOMP AND MOVE ALL DAY, I CAN ALSO HEAR BEDROOM ACTIVITIES AT NIGHT, THEY ALSO HAVE A DOG THAT THEY ALLOW TO RUN AND BARK FOR AS LONG AS IT LIKES ( at night aswell) , I'm already looking to move within the next year . Also there is a infestation of silverfish/earwigs I'm killing them constantly EVERYDAY. Do not ignore this review or you will be stuck in a loop of loosing your mind from practically living inside your neighbors unit.

Still awaiting my security deposit, I moved out in January, and based on other reviews I’m not the only one.Trying to get ahold of anyone in the office is a nightmare. Throughout my two years living at V2 getting anything handled took forever regarding maintenance or constant errors on my monthly rent. Look anywhere else, management is extremely unprofessional. Edit-November 2025 still have not received my security deposit. I was told by one of the leasing managers to call corporate because “there is nothing else they can do”. Very fraudulent and professional management. Avoid at all costs.
