BLUF: house will be great but a lot of time and effort is going in to bringing it to where it should have been from day one My feeling is that Utz is probably a great construction group that is overtasked at the moment. All the big stuff was right, lots of little stuff was wrong. House has a rush job feel to it. Pros: * bones of the house are great * appliances are a step above contractor basic Cons include: * house was listed as with options but seller attempted to not provide options (claimed forgot to update listing) * lawn contains large amounts of buried construction materials and trash * some wiring not completed * large area of yard that was obscured by silt fence not finished * drywall corner beads separating from wall * drainage not properly installed * grout gapped in places

We evaluated several new construction homes by various builders in the area. Utz Enterprises offered more home with better quality materials thruout the home.
