We hired Sherry and Marty to sell our family home in 2022. They were the best choice based on their many years of experience and expertise in the Pasadena area. It’s an older home and needed some minor work. They were super helpful in recommending improvements and staging on a budget as well as connecting us with the right contractors. The photographer did an outstanding job, and it listed beautifully, selling on the first day! Sherry and Marty are a great team.

Marty & Sherry helped me find my first house as a homeowner and will be my first call when I go to make my next sell/purchase. They were attentive and personable through out the whole experience.
