I was told that If I paid $500 that I would receive the deed to my new home as well as the land records. This was told to me prior to me paying for the service. When I didn’t receive the land records and asked where they were, the manager told me she didn’t know what I was talking about in reference to land records with a passive aggressive attitude. She then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted land records, that essentially I would have to order them and be charged a separate fee. So what exactly did this company do for $500 of my money?! I am extremely unhappy with my services and feel as though this company is a fraud. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The person I spoke to was Jill B. Rudiger. Don’t waste your time or money.
