We worked with Mike for 4 months on our home loan and even paid $1000 for the paperwork. He stopped communicating with us and we had to find out that US Bank wasn’t going to give us the loan through someone else. He never called or emailed us! We never had email issues before I gave them $1000…but all the sudden he forgot how to email me to tell me they aren’t fulfilling the loan? Really? The title company also spent 4 months on the contract and later told me that Mike said he wasn’t even sure if they could do the loan…and that was at the very beginning!!! I opened up a business credit card rewards through State Farm and this bank they give me a line of credit of $3000. I have the account open for over five years. they lowered my credit line to $2000 and then recently I had a problem with making a payment accidentally use the wrong account and now they drop my credit line to $500.00 I decided there's nothing you can really do with $500.00 nowadays and if you put anything on it it's gonna throw your score off the chart so I cancelled the account. I don't understand how a bank is supposed to work with people that way they're not trying to help people, they're just trying to make a profit. when I called up about it, there was not willing to help me.
