US Bank Home Mortgage

April 2020 US Bank did not disclose my full mortgage loan balance due when Indiana Title searched; a representative from US Bank stated it isn't their responsibility to disclose such amount. Now 3 years later I'm fighting w/credit agencies to get my credit corrected because US Bank screwed me! Pay attention, read your paperwork, and make sure US Bank is inserting more than what you know (extra funds) into your mortgage without your knowledge. US Bank discriminated against my wife and I when attempting to get a mortgage in my opinion. They refused to speak with her on any portion of the underwriting process even going so far as to make me return early from an out of state trip to handle the mortgage application. They also questioned her source of income more so than my own despite her being the higher earner. I believe they did the former because she is a woman and they wanted to only work with a man, and I believe they did the latter because she is hispanic while I am not. They also did a bait and switch on the loan type. We agreed on a certain loan type then they actually submitted us to another and it did not come out until closing at which point it was too late to change.
