U.S. Bank Branch

Our family recently had some special needs arise that required some higher-level financial assistance, and Luke Webb helped us through every step of the process, from providing advice to reviewing our options with us and setting us up with all we needed. We’re super grateful for all his help and would highly recommend this bank to anyone!

WARNING: This bank puts a 5 day hold on any checks deposited in a new account, even if it's a payroll check! This might have been useful information to have when we opened the account. Can't wait until our funds are available so we can close it out and switch banks! If you're considering US Bank for a new account, consider going somewhere else!!

Great place to bank. Luke at this branch has helped me set up banking and explore different options. He was very kind and patient with me and easy to work with. He made it a plesent experience. I would definitely recommend banking with. U.S. Bank and working with Luke.

I went in there to set up an account. Rich Younts is the one who helped me during my visit. He was instantly very friendly and welcoming. He showed me my options. I was a little put off by the monthly fee for the account. He didn't pressure me to do anything or try to sell me on anything and just gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. When I decided I wanted to set up an account he did everything he could to make sure I got the best account I could. I wasn't sure about setting up an account at a big bank like US Bank, but after working with Rich and learning my options I am glad that I made this decision.

Warning: don't bank here. I've had a US bank focus card from my company and tried to open a checking account and they couldn't close out that account and I can't use my checking account on my phone because my phone number is still attached to my focus card. I am switching my bank after this issue. Terrible bank!
