Kinsale Condominiums

This place was horrible out of all of my years of renting I have never experienced so much unprofessional people. I was here for 3 years too long the never fixed anything I ask from the time I moved until I was illegally evicted. I was supposed to receive my deposit back and they are now saying I won’t because I owe all this money which is for the things they never fixed . I hope someone from corporate sees this because Michelle Ohlhauser (Mickey ) was the worst and she would not give me corporate information as I have emailed and called a million times. I have now decided to do it the right way and I’m taking them to court please don’t let these people continue to get away with this stuff. I can promise you I was probably one of the best tenants ever and I never gave anyone a problem so I

Wish i could give zero stars. The office told us they would mail us our deposit back over a month ago. When we call the office, they direct us to corporate where there is no voicemail and no one answers the phone. It continuously rings. Would not recommend! This is not the first time I've heard of this place screwing people over

I moved and they rented out my storage unit to someone else. The manager told me I did not have to pay the last couple months' rent. Then that guy got fired and the new office manager sent me a letter than I did not owe them any money. Over a year later they turned me over to a collection company wanting me to pay them $150! Can you believe that!!!

I lived here for 4 years. The units are very nice and the staff is fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend the location as it is close to Cedar Falls without the price markup.

I really love living here. Beautiful & new apartments that are very affordable.
