They worked hard to work with me despite a spotty rental history. Unfortunately toward the finish line they used incorrect information from a former landlord which said I owed money still. However I legally discharged my need to repay those monies however Martin chose not to use that legal information from a legal document proving so. Very disappointed. Nobody is perfect and when you have legal docs saying how you've righted your wrongs they dont choose to use it.

We’ve always had good response times with Martin Realtors. We recently had our front screen door replaced. It was done in a timely manner. And the workmanship was great. Thanks again

I've been with Martin for at least 5 years now and I have nothing bad to say about them. They have always been very professional and quickly accommodate any maintenance request I've had. They even add upgrades to the house when needed, such as tearing out an old deteriorated deck and replacing it with a new concrete patio, as well as repairing/replacing the steps to both the front door and back door entrance. I do pay my rent on time every month, keep the house in order, don't violate the lease agreement, and always try to be friendly, which might have a lot to do with their reciprocal treatment (hint hint negative reviewers).

We have been renting with Martin for a couple of years and have been treated well. Anytime there have been maintenance issues they have been attended to quickly and professionally. When an issue may not have been resolved I reported it and someone was sent back out right away and repairs were made. (Thank you). I am not always so tech savvy but Frankie has always been patient and helpful. Jeremy always answers quickly and helps whenever we call. I was a little apprehensive with the apartment documentation thing (I believe it’s called Rent Check) but after help from the office in getting started I was glad I did it. It made documenting everything easy and efficient. Many thanks to everyone.

Have had a very good experience since working with Martin realtor, frankee and Jeremy have been very great and asked through the questions I had very efficient at ensuring that the work that needed to be completed was done before me and my family moved in. I truly appreciate the time they took explaining their policies and proceeding as well as their fees policy, moving in and out the apps they used for paying rent and documenting my concerns. They have been very efficient at communicating everything with me about the unit I am ready and when it comes to business communication is key when ensuring that both parties are happy about the outcome thank thank you so much guys
