U.S. Bank Branch

I absolutely love the bank teller here at maple valley washington branch located inside the fred meyer store . Trisha Raney is one of a kind she is truly amazing worker n cares about her clients .she not only takes the time to handle your business needs n a timely manner she is multitasking n usually helping a few at once. Her empathy and compassion is truly unmatched i have had the pleasure of her assisting me a few times now each time she leaves a strong positive impression ❤️

I found 50 very old British pounds tucked away in my passport folder. Since the Brits had changed to the Euro and later back to an updated pound, I figured I was out of luck. What a surprise to learn that US Bank makes foreign currency exchanges. Fortunately, Ruby at the Maple Valley branch is well-versed in foreign exchange and talked me through it, had me sign the appropriate form, and I was out the door in minutes with U.S dollars in hand. I like this small local branch. On occasion, I've had to wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the time of day, but I've been a customer for five years and always get quality service at this Maple Valley location.

The staff at this branch is amazing. They go above and beyond to help the customer and even serve as a community connector. I mentioned I wanted non-precious earrings adjusted and the lady at the counter pointed to a patron helped at another window who is a local jewelry maker. They know their customers and help us take care of the banking stuff in a very friendly and neighborly atmosphere. I am very grateful for this branch. I used to do my business banking in Bellevue and since they moved all the old staff from Bellevue to other locations, Bellevue branches have lost the personal touch; I am very grateful to see the Maple Valley team still maintain it.

First and foremost I rarely take the time to post reviews for multiple reasons. The first reason being that I am busy and my time is valuable. The second reason being that if the establishment is exuding excellence, I prefer to praise the person/place right then and there in the moment. We lack human contact enough as is. I know that I personally appreciate an in person compliment. I have worked in a customer service/retail/hospitality business for 10+ years and understand that unfortunately negative reviews can be a dime a dozen. I wish I wasn't adding to them, but this branch and my experiences here haven't left me with another option. Every time I have done business in this location there has been an issue. Whether it is a long wait, a sense of the place being under staffed, or staff

I have multiple business accounts that I have to utilize through U.S. Bank and Ruby is always professional and easy to work with. Furthermore, she is always proactive and has saved me a lot of time (which is something I don’t find at the majority of places these days). If you live local I would definitely encourage you to utilize this branch as I have had nothing but positive experiences here!! Thx Ruby (and team)!!
