She is amazing with people with special needs, truly knows what she’s doing, and is always very informative. Thank you so much for everything!

I just want to give a huge shout out to the office staff Leah and Malyja. My car was broke into last night, times are changing, this could have happened anywhere (due to my mistake, I left my door unlocked). the professionalism these 2 ladies presented regarding the situation was beyond appreciated. They were fast acting and handled the situation with care. you can really tell they care about the safety of the property and residents.

Came in for a tour about two weeks ago and loved the place! All of the office staff were amazing and welcoming, I was greeted with warm welcomes from Leah, Glody and had a great informative tour with Malyja. We will definitely be living here one day!

It's definitely the best place I've lived in all of Washington! Social areas are always clean, we have never had problems with parking, we have felt safe living here, always cared for by their staff who are the best Leah and Sadiiq, attentive and very friendly always willing to help us with everything, the maintenance staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend this place 1000%

We lived at Monarch from mid-2023 to late 2025, and for the most part it was a great place to live. The complex is still pretty new (built 2019) and the units are designed so you don’t share many walls with neighbors. Management has been responsive and seems to be very engaged in creating a community feel. We first lived in “D” building, right along 264th St., and just next door to the trucking company neighboring the complex. We didn’t realize how loud the street noise and trucks would be when we chose the building, but that’s no one’s fault. But, our consideration to move to another building away from the street solidified when a disruptive neighbor moved in below us. Music was played so loudly that the walls would shake.
