As a tenant for the past two years, I have been thoroughly impressed with the improvements and exceptional service provided by the team. The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive, addressing any issues promptly. Ashley, the leasing agent, is always available for a friendly chat and checks in regularly, which speaks volumes about her dedication. Veronica, the previous property manager, and now Jose, have both gone above and beyond to ensure the property is well-maintained. From keeping the garbage area neat during overflow times to adding beautiful flowers around the front office, their efforts do not go unnoticed. I moved from Florida about a month ago and wanted to wait a little while before sharing my review. I’m happy to say that I’ve had a great experience here at Ascend Apartments! The office staff has been incredibly accommodating and always willing to help—whether it’s giving directions on where to shop, how to get to the freeway, or sharing details about events happening in the community. I often see Jose, the Manager, out on the property staying involved and making sure everything is in great shape. Ashley, the Assistant Manager, was a huge help in making my transition from Florida smooth and easy. The property is quiet, small, and simple—just the way I like it.

I've been at Ascend for a number of years and find it a great place to call home. The property management team on-site is excellent. The leasing(Ashley and Jose) staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and quick with responses to any inquiries or work order requests. The grounds, landscaping and clubhouse are well-kept. They also hold community and vendor-sponsored events including food trucks and holiday-themed events for the residents. A few of the other pluses of living at Ascend: - Excellent(very bright) night time lighting in the parking and common areas with camera surveillance - Fitness Center - Wilderness trails and shopping within walking distance - NON-SMOKING community. My family and I moved in about a month ago. The moving in process has been the easiest it has ever been, for us. Ashely is so patient and communicates so well, and Jose is also very nice and has awesome communication. The community is full of amazing and sweet families. Our daughter has had more play dates here, than she has had in the past year. I go to the gym every morning, and it is always so clean. On the day that we moved in, we were welcome by maintenance as well. Both gentleman were very kind. We couldn’t be happier here!

I can confidently say this was the best complex I’ve ever lived in. From maintenance to management, I had zero complaints. It’s refreshing to see there are still places that actually want to provide a home rather than a quick money grab. I would recommend to make sure the unit is “professionally cleaned” upon signing the lease but that goes without saying. If I didn’t need an upsize I definitely would have stayed.
