Teach your staff that a tribal ID is a government-issued ID and quit making it where people can't cash their checks from work when they have a tribal ID

There are 3 things I will say about this branch. 1 they are malicious compliant with their rules. 2. If they can't scan your check it won't cash. I watched the teller miss it 3 times and say oh well. When the manager scaned the check it went first time. 3. I was in visible pain and asked for water. They f' in laughed. And said no. To sum it up worst bank service I have ever seen

I'm so happy that I chose US BANK! I delt with this bank since 1999..or earlier..The workers here are unbelievable..They help you every which way that they can. Thank you to all the employees here and special thanks to Matt Martin..who put up with me with all my questions and problems! To all the employees here....YOU ARE AN AWESOME GROUP! Thank you again!

US bank is so ironically un-American, they have zero compassion or care for our Military service members. My daughter had a US Bank account until today, because of their lack of support and compassion. She left for Marine Boot Camp in September and was under the impression her account was in good standing and that there were no monthly support fees. Today I find out that her account was over-drafted and in a negative balance of roughly 85 dollars. This was due to a "Monthly service Fee" that they charged her ($24.95) on a zero balance account, they then over-drafted her twice due to an auto payment of $1.50 (she was told all auto payments had been stopped) and proceeded to charge her 36 dollars and caused the account to go further into the negative. This bank is horrible. We deposited row IRS checks and endorsed them. They later said they were not endorsed and charged us. Then they lost the checks and we r out thousands of dollars. Will have to get an attorney.
