We recently purchased a home in Billings and will be moving to Billings from out of state. We found Heidi's name with great reviews online and reached out to her. Heidi has a wealth of knowledge and contacts. She has been a tremendous resource and guide for us throughout the process. She has communicated well with us while we still live outside of Montana, including being responsive to all of our inquiries. She has made herself available for viewing and meetings when we could visit for just a few days, and was happy to handle all of our requests, even when outside of the norm. For example, she worked with a relative who lives near Billings to view homes before we made a trip out and arranged a home visit with a third-party regarding home furnishings, addressing her questions as well.
