I am thankful Josh did the home inspection and radon test on the house I was about to buy. Josh was objective and didn't steer me in a certain direction to buy or to let go. Based on his findings I could make a right decision for me. Josh didn't miss a side of the house, or a room of the house or a piece in the yard. I would recommend him for any home inspection and I will use him again.

Josh provided us an extremely detailed report. We were able to use the report to convey the needs to the seller and know that we have a safe home to live in. He also provided us with knowledge of issues that we will need to address in the future. His inspection report was very well worth the expense.
