Poor quality of craftsmanship, warranty issues are not uncommon, once closed on the home, owner pretty much owns all the problems too!!
Just moved in with a variety of problems in the home. Closing was very rushed and got kicked out before the final walk-through was finished. Contractors are also leaving their stuff everywhere and deliveries for major appliances were delayed due to obstructed pathways. Contractors are not properly supervised and have been using our water line. Overall, very poor quality craftsmanship and supervision of staff.
