I am so confused how this Stacy woman has any good reviews. She has a rotten attitude about everything and can be impossible to get ahold of. Even the way she looks at people is unsettling. I would say it’s similar to RBF, so I was like oh she is probably fine.. just one of those faces.. until she opened her mouth. She is super judgmental and acts like you’re a waste of space even though we are paying her way more money than she deserves. She has a habit of cutting corners just to get paid faster and the quality of her work is lacking. At first she will make all these exciting claims about how much she can get your home to rent for, but once you sign her on she will completely ghost you then drop the price just to get it over with. I understand the market can be volatile but it is not good

I have been with Uptown for about 5 years now & recommend them highly as property managers. They provide on time & cost effective services whilst remaining conscious of landlord communication & practical cost minimisation.

This property does not accept pets. I have a Coton de Tulear dog that is non allergenic and is well behaved. Does not shed.

Professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommended property management services.

Update: I have known the property OWNER, far before Stacy took over. I asked the property OWNER, to help me out in moving the king size bed and dresser out to the dumpster and was told to leave it and he would have his workers take care of it. Secondly, the stove was clean and ready to rent and even if not the law requires reasonable cleaning fees not $250 for every lease. Please retain your records. We will be asking for every instance uptown has refunded any part of a cleaning fee for the last 5 years. Should be a 2.5 star review. If you're an upstanding citizen who does right by your landlord and returns your rental the way you found it, move in ready, everything cleaned and bleached, scrubbing the baseboards and cleaning the windows. DONT!!! These clowns sneak in a $250 cleaning fee
