I submitted two serious offers on a property listed by this company’s agent, both of which included deadlines and clear terms. Not once was I given the basic courtesy of a response—no counter, no decline, no update. Just complete silence. To make matters worse, the property was marked pending with no acknowledgment or follow-up after my second offer. It was a clear sign that professionalism and communication are not priorities here.
