I personally spoke with Sam over the phone who was more than polite and super helpful and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about how sweet she was. I personally met Kerry and he was wonderful as well. He was super informative and explained everything to me. He showed me every nook and cranny there was to the home we inspected and just really knew his stuff. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. I appreciate all of their help and kindness they have displayed. I am sure we will continue to use them in the future when needed. Thank you Kerry and Samantha!

Kerry was great! He was very through with the home inspection and noticed items we would have missed. He took the time to explain and make sure we understood whether an item was a concern or just informational. I would recommend to a friend.

I was unable to use this business as of now due to the house contract being terminated by the seller at the last minute . But ..... I did schedule an appointment with them and had to change it multiple times due to a difficulty in coming to agreement on times and dates with the seller and her agent . And every time I called to change things the guru accommodated my needs with no problems what so ever . Samantha was extremely helpful and kind and did not ever make me feel as if I was bothering her with all of my changes and calling . I also spoke to Kerri to which he seemed to have my (the buyer) best interest at hand . If I find another home in the vicinity that they travel to I will definitely definitely definitely call them back and use them as my inspector and also they offer a sewer l

I had a great experience with Kerry. He told me everything I needed to know about what they offer and exactly what I'm looking for in the issues he found. I will definitely use them again, or recommends or anybody else.
