Park Court Apartments

This place is an absolute blight on the face of the local area. It is hands-down the worst place that I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of residing. It has all of the worst things that you could think of. Multiple infestations from disgusting tenants that lived in filth and were walking health hazards, a mold issue that caused chronic migraines and health issues in myself along with giving my cat respiratory issues, unit fires, and weekly domestic violence issues, just to name a few. The people in the office are braindead and just run through a playbook of how they are not accountable on any issue that is brought to their attention. Rent is over $800 for a single bedroom and they still charge you for every single utility. Not sure how they manage that one considering each building shares the water. Speaking of water, you have to let it run for 6 minutes until it gets warm (I timed it the one day). To do laundry they charge you $3. AMD there's only one washer and dryer for each building to share so good luck trying to do laundry in a full building, you're better off using the laundromat up the street. When we were trying to move in we had a scheduled day to look at the rooms but the office lady canceled on us without even telling us. Nice and friendly staff. They want to help you. The property is so quiet and so far the people are kind.
