University Suites

I have lived here since August, it is now February. My roommates and I love chatting with the workers at the front desk. There is always positivity and a chill vibe. As a college student, this is a great place to live. The location is perfect, 4 minute drive to campus, 3 minute drive to food lion, family dollar and other shops. We have never had a bad experience with the staff and it is a luxury living here.

I’ve had a few friends who live here and my girlfriend currently does. Maintenance always comes quickly if there’s an issue, things are always addressed in a timely manner, and everyone at the front office is very kind. Alex always makes sure that everything runs smoothly and he’s such a nice guy!!

I just finished my contract with university suites. I had the best experience ever, not only was my time here great but I had to leave SC and end my lease because of some personal circumstances and kara the housing manager was unbelievably kind and helped me through every step of the process making everything seamless in a difficult time. Couldn’t recommend enough, the staff is amazing!

I would NEVER RECOMMEND living at University Suites to anyone. I moved in last year in August and the whole time I had the lease I had problems. Whether it’s with the people at the front desk or maintenance. Starting with the people at the front desk! I was dealing with a lost package I went into the clubhouse and talked to Rachel. Her response to my lost package was she's not opening up all of the mailboxes to find just my missing package. So thankfully, my personal package showed up to my unit once found. If you get locked out of your room or unit don’t even bother calling emergency maintenance because it is Alex, and you will have to Venmo him $50 to his personal account. As for maintenance, good luck and expect them to leave your front door open. The Suites sends out a text message let

My experience at University Suites was unpleasant from start to finish. I chose to live here only for convenience, but the overall management, maintenance, and living conditions were consistently poor. I would advise students to explore other housing options that offer better management and overall living conditions.
