Maintenance requests are followed up with SO quickly (not that we need a ton!). Emails are responded to so quickly and we have really enjoyed living here! Love that the parking lots are plowed after snow, constant communication and GREAT place to live. Absolutely no issues

My wife and I think the apartments pretty good, and the family ward is amazing. Maintenance was lacking for a while, but they just got a new guy who seems promising. We'll have to see how it goes. We have a baby and live in a two-bedroom. It's sufficient for most of our needs, but we do have to rent a storage unit, since storage space in the apartment is low.

Me and my wife have loved our stay here so far! Maintenance crew is always super fast and responsive. Very good ward members and quiet neighbors.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I were so excited to start our life together here, but it quickly turned into one headache after another. We were told the apartment would be furnished, yet when we moved in all we had was a table. After asking about the rest, management acted like we were never promised anything. The air conditioning didn’t work the entire time we lived there, and several things were already broken when we moved in. Later on, while we were away, management shut off the breaker to our fridge and ruined all of our food, which cost us about $250. They didn’t take any responsibility or offer to make it right. I would give this place zero stars if I could. My wife and I rented here as newlyweds because we were promised a furnished apartment with a couch, bed, table, and chairs. When we moved in, all we had was a table. After contacting management, we were told they had already given the furniture to other tenants and that we were never promised anything, even though the lease said it was furnished. The AC did not work from the beginning and many things in the apartment were already broken, including the walls, toilet handle, and even the bed, which we only got after going into the office multiple times.
