University Courtyard

Hark! This humble abode doth surpass my previous domicile by leagues untold. My former lodgings, a veritable den of iniquity dubbed 'Stonebrook Apartments,' were an utter catastrophe! They displayed a most egregious disregard for their esteemed clientele, forsooth! We were beset by a perilous effluvium of carbon monoxide, yet they stirred not a finger in response, a most lamentable dereliction of duty! Verily, my oven lay dormant for a twelvemonth, a culinary tragedy of epic proportions! Thus, we yearned for pastures anew, closer to the hallowed halls of learning and the toils of my profession. A ground-floor sanctuary, where ease and convenience held court, was our hearts' desire. And lo, this haven presented itself, a veritable bargain to boot! From the moment our feet graced this verdan

We love the attentive and kind hearted people who maintain and care for us the residents. We've loved living at University Courtyard. The apartment/property is perfect for newly-weds. It's cozy and great for the price. We ended up taking over someone's lease and the office/management was absolutely amazing to work with when figuring things out. Katelynn, the manager, as well as the maintenance guy are both so great and super helpful. It's also so close to campus, the temple, and a straight-shot to any errands we need to run which is really nice. We're on the second floor and reading the reviews initially I was worried about the weather/ice, but in our experience, it's well maintained and has never been an issue. :)

This is a great place to live! We love the location and how close it is to campus. Our apartment is in great condition and everything works really well. The management is amazing as well, and it's really easy to communicate with them.

The apartment and clubhouse is neat and tidy, the manager is really kind, the maintenance responds quickly, and it’s in a convenient location for BYUI students like me! My only complaints are that it feels a little overpriced and a few neighbors are noisy at night.
