University Club Apartments

DOOO NOT I repeat do not move into these apartments they are absolutely disgusting all are new furniture is covered in bed bugs and we only been here since July I don’t even want to wait until the lease is up because i am so disgusted and sad about all the money gone down the drain because once we move we got to throw everything away. Save your self the pain and the heartbreak and try to find somewhere else to stay

If I could give it a negative 10,000 I would. SSSSOOO glad I got out when I did. This place sucks. HORRIBLY. Rat, roach and mold infested. Pay for parking that you aren't even guaranteed. Upstairs neighbors kids kept flooding bathroom, office told us to go ask them to knock it off. 🤷‍♀️ Happened AT LEAST once a month. Busted pipe made my lightswitch start electrocuting me when touched. They told me it wasn't emergency and never came to look at it. Office does not care about shit and they just increased the rent for it...😂 this place is a joke. IT'S A TRAP!!

They make little to no effort to correct problems with the apartments the pool was a dark green color for most of this summer and only open two days a week when it was clean, I'm still waiting for them to make repairs on my apartment from flooding due to a water heater leak from a year ago. Still have mold on my ceiling with a hole in it from when the water leaked from above, i had to get a window fixed myself because the staff refused to address it. Management is to blame. This place is a slum it's also not safe the gates don't work half the time so they leave them open my car has been broken into and my brother had just purse stolen from her car. Don't believe the five star reviews, also don't believe that the apartment they show you will even

Roaches 🪳 everywhere was on my food in the fridge, on my toothbrush on my bed. Bombing is useless, only last ah few days. Ac didn’t work the whole time i stayed there. I mostly went home at night. Slept an left. Heater didn’t work b4 i moved in, electricity constantly goes out, maybe the roaches fault. Constantly making trips to the office, to fix things, which should of been fixed before i even moved in. They barely remolded just sprayed paint over everything. All these people want is there money. Wanted to break my lease was told I would have to pay out the remainder of my lease. Ms. Corral the manager doesn’t care will lie, to avoid the health department. Positive things about this residence- affordable, quiet, office people are nice, and I never had a problem with my neighbors. Negative- really small, no master bedroom bathroom, ROACHES EVERYWHERE, the parking lot is a good walking distance from the doors (which is terrible when u have to bring up groceries) and you can literally smell dog feces throughout THE ENTIRE residence after it rains because the other residences do not pick up their dog waste. They will even let their dogs urinate and poop in the parking lot and sidewalk and not pick it up. Pretty much their pet policy is none existing. All in all my stay in this residence felt DISGUSTING and I'm happy to be leaving when my lease is up.
