University Club Apartments is an exceptional community, and the staff are truly the foundation of what makes this place outstanding. I had an excellent experience Their service was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again!

I applied for a rental based on the company’s stated availability of December 3rd. After submitting my application and holding fee, they changed the date without notice and now refuse to refund the app fee. Their office is only open two days a week, and they deliberately call “back” outside of their own normal working hours, making communication difficult. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and I would caution others to be aware before applying Luckily I recorded that phone conversation of 12/03 availability! Misleading, to say the least. Income restriction also ridiculous, you have to be borderline poor to live there

My mother and I have lived at this property for a number of years and we are very pleased with the staff and maintenance. They are kind, courteous, and from my opinion they truly care about their residents. Thank you to all the University Club staff.
