Mariner’s Cove is a wonderful place to Live & has A beautiful lagoon view. It is also very well maintenance & clean. Overall, it’s a quiet calming place to live. They are very professional & very responsive. Sylvia the leasing manager was wonderful. She was with us every step of the way & helped our move-in be very flawless. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who was looking to have a quick & easy move 🙂🙂 !!

We loved it here! We were in need of a short term rental for 5 months and were thrilled to find Mariners Cove. I miss it already! Mariners Cove Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the extraordinary efforts of Sylvia Darrigo, the leasing agent who went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect short term apartment. From the moment we first stepped foot onto the Mariners Cove property, we were struck by its natural beauty. So I've lived in a few different places but I'm happy to say that Mariner's Cove was my home for the past 8 years. It was a beautiful apartment, very cozy and unmatched views of the bay! The staff is wonderful. I can't say enough about them. Melissa even though I didn't deal with her that much was a sweetie. But honestly, Sylvia was my rock. Anything I needed she was right there I will miss her terribly. And Rob, well Rob is Rob lol. The consummate maintenance guy. Whatever you needed, just talk to him and he'd be more than happy to go out of his way to help you with anything. A great guy. I really will miss this place terribly in fact I already do after leaving 6 days ago to move out of state. Who knows guys I may be back one day!! Save a lagoon front unit for me!!! Best to you all!!!

Sylvia and Melissa – you two are the absolute best! What could’ve been a stressful move turned into something genuinely smooth and fun because of you. You listened, found us the perfect house, and handled every detail with such warmth and expertise. Felt like having family in our corner the whole way. Lived in our Apartment in Mariner’s Cove for 5 years and made so many happy memories here! The management team is always kind and attentive, offering helpful suggestions and support whenever we need it. Recently they had a cute “Breakfast on the go” event providing the entire complex with breakfast foods and coffee before work whether you walked or drove up! If you’re looking for an apartment with great views in a nice community, this is it!
