Recently I was awaken at 1:00 am to the sound of rushing water and realized that my hot water tank was spraying water all over my floor. When I tried to turn off the water valve it came off into my hand. I had no idea how to find a plumber at this time and remembered that I had an Emergency Number for our Property Management Co, Universal Team Realty and dialed them expecting to get a voicemail. Instead Keith Watson answered my distress call and assured me he would make some calls and call me right back. He was able to have a plumber at my condo at 2:15 am to shut off the water and Keith called me back that a cleanup crew would be at my door by 9:00 am and a plumber would arrive by 9:30 to inspect my water tank. Clean up and plumber arrived exactly as promised and a new tank was replac
