Universal at Mockingbird Lane

I lived at Universal at Mockingbird Lane for 3 years and had a great experience! The community is quiet, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff was always helpful and responsive, especially Tatum—she was amazing to work with and always went above and beyond. If you’re considering moving here, definitely ask for Tatum—she’ll take great care of you!

My dishwasher quit working and when the part didn’t come in on the day that Joshua told me it would, he got me a new dishwasher just in time for thanksgiving dinner! I appreciate that he kept his word and took care of my maintenance issue. Thank you Joshua you deserve a raise for going above and beyond!

I do NOT recommend this place to live ! If you want to feel “At home” this is NOT the place to stay! The management is very rude . They do not even realize when you live there it is your Home! They won’t even let you put lights on your patio that you are paying for! Very sad ! They are only concerned about getting your rent and making the environment sterile! I totally understand about having uniformity to keep are looking neat ! BUT no string light on patio or hummingbird feeders hanging 😳??? That is horrible !!! This place even though you are paying for a place to call HOME… they will not let you feel at Home! Stay away!!!

Where do I even begin? Terrible! Do not move here if you can avoid it! Rent goes up about $100 a month every time you sign a new lease. When I first moved here it was $1,000 a month, it is now almost $1,500 a month. So many stupid rules. Management is a joke. They don’t clean ice off the sidewalks for people during the winter, but you better believe they clean it off at the clubhouse for management. Guess the residents safety just isn’t that important. There is always dog poop in the grass and all they ever do is send an email out saying to pick up after your dog. You’d think they would learn they need to do more than just end out an email to stop people from leaving their dogs poop. Just trying to save as much money as I can to buy a house and say goodbye to this terrible company and apar

I lived at this complex for two and a half years from 2021-2023. It is full of cheaply built apartments, which dramatically increased in price at a rate beyond inflation. It was once managed by competent professionals, but that is no longer true. There was dog waste everywhere. They outsourced several aspects of their operation solely for the purpose of extracting pennies from their residents. I recommend you avoid this place.
