He even made sure to answer any questions we had and go back to address some requests we forgot to ask for initially. Jim is excellent to work with. We hired him to inspect a more than 100 year old house we had bought sight unseen. Jim did a thorough inspection from top to bottom, and reported his findings with insight gained from years of experience. We were on the premises, hanging back so as not to be in the way, and he was extremely pleasant and informative to be around.
