I did not have high hopes for selling our home quickly. Perhaps I was ignorant to current market conditions. Our home sold on the first day Hazel Shipley listed it, for over double what we paid for it 7 years ago! I doubt we could have achieved this without her. She connected us with a great tree trimmer who made our yard and willows more beautiful than we ever saw them before. She had a phenomenal photographer capture beautiful images of the property that looked stunning. She helped us determine the perfect price , and as high as I thought it was for asking, apparently it was just right. Wow, what can I say about this company that would do it justice? Hazel is a fantastic realtor (and I've worked with many over the years).
