I refinanced using my VA and as promised he will get you the best rate with no money down and not only do you get your escrow back they give you the option of missing a few payments. Edit, they made things right with my clients. review changed to 5 star. Stay far away from this company if you can. I’m a Real Estate Agent who has had nothing but bad experiences with the company. The Loan Officer I work with has been trying to be very accommodating, but is stopped at every avenue to be efficient. We are less than one week from closing and I have zero answers about where our file is. The explanation I am being given is that the manager is unable to accommodate or push anything through. If you like being delayed on your home purchase, than this is the company to use. I will never use this company for financing again. I may use the Loan Officer if he moves over to a more efficient company, but until than, consumer beware.
