I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Cottonwood Title. They were great to work with and very accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my experience using Cottonwood Title for purchasing a property. I had to ask over several days for the settlement documents. I didn't receive the docs until Friday afternoon with closing scheduled for the following Tuesday (Monday was a federal holiday). Their excuse was that a bigger deal had priority over mine. Cottonwood knew about the closing for a couple of weeks so there shouldn't have been any excuses. Our closing was scheduled for Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. I was there at 9:00, my realtor was there at 9:00, but the closing officer wasn't there until close to 9:30. When I asked the secretary to verify the time we had scheduled she stated that the closing officer was on an important phone call and would be in shortly. From where I was sitting I watched

Once Cottonwood Title received my loan information they quickly scheduled our closing and sent an invitation for my calendar as well as a reminder days before. Their offices are very clean and professional. Our loan officer, Cort, was very friendly and accommodating. He was great in explaining each page signed and then made sure we received a flash drive with an electronic copy of all the documents. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

I have had the pleasure of using Cottonwood Title twice in the last 6 months and both of my experiences have been great. The paperwork is always prepared and ready when I arrive for signing. The agents are great and get you through the signing quickly. I have enjoyed my experience with Cottonwood Title and would definitely use them again and I recommend them to everyone.

Cottonwood Title treated us really well and were very professional and efficient. They were prepared when we arrived to do our refinance closing and we were in and out very quickly. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely use them again.
