What a great experience we've had with Zac as our realtor (for the second time). He responded very quickly to our phone calls and texts. He was very patient with us during our search making sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted instead of rushing us. Martha did an excellent job helping us prepare our home for sale, good advise was given for presenting the house, exceptional photos were used for the list and flyers, she was very proactive with open houses and there was a lot of interest generated at these. She and Zack were right on with a listing price suggestion. We greatly valued their thought as we considered offers. The house was under contract only 8 days after listing in January, a slower time of year. We are grateful for their personable service and expertise.
