The best apartment I have ever lived in! While the apartment is very outdated, they’re clean, cozy, and the utilities are so cheap. Rent is some of the cheapest for the area. The neighbors are all very friendly and I have never felt unsafe. Maintenance is right on top of things and the manager is the very sweet and super accommodating.

This is a great place to live. The neighbors look out for each other and are friendly. The utilities are also a great bonus since we live in Murray and the apartments are well insulated. If you get the chance to live here, you will love the management too, they were very helpful in getting me into my apartment when I had to start over.

Good place. I lived in one of the older apartments, but everything was functional and maintenance does a good job. Rent was very reasonable also! People here seem friendly overall.
