Terrible communication skills. Spoke to someone named Lyka on Dec. 16 about an inquiry to tour a rental property, took forever to respond (I always responded quickly), we finally agreed on a date on Jan. 7 (almost a month after) and scheduled for the next day (today) at 2 pm and got a confirmation. I cleared my schedule to be able to be there on time and even arrived at the location 8 minutes early, and was there for 15 minutes past the appointment time I texted and called multiple times, no answer, two and a half hours later, and still haven’t even received a text with an explanation let alone a callback. A complete waste of time and very unprofessional on their behalf.
