Do not rent here they will lie and steal from you we lived here for 3 years we got the apartment all dirty with bugs and broken floor dirt carpet broken old fridge broken microwave broken stove never got our washer and dryer like they say we did. but we had already filled the paperwork work out and couldn't back out they lied saying we smoked weed and cigarettes when that was never true said we wouldn't let them in when we where only given one key I wasn't going to run on there time we moved out and now they want to charge us for panting and new carpet and flooring when I have all the pictures of how we got the unit they are liyers and Infested with bugs when asked to exterminate they said that we had to pay for it why would I have to pay for something that already came with your apartmen

We lived here for three years, about six months ago the management changed. The units are older and haven’t been updated in a few decades, but the pricing was reasonable and the location was great. Since new management came on- rent has gone up. We were paying about 1100/month I believe it is now about 1600/month. I think that price is a bit high based on the unit we had and the condition of the apartment. Our unit had mold in the bathroom ceiling which we reported but was not fixed. We raised the issue several times, but they were not interested in fixing the leak/ replacing the ceiling & wall damaged by mold. We had ton of box elder bugs in the summer because the window were extremely low quality and old. We even had a black widow one time, they do spray though if you are interested. A

I lived here for almost 9 years and loved it. I finally moved when I got married. Otherwise I would still be living here. They have great people working in the office. I enjoyed chatting with them for a bit when I would bump into them around the property or when I was paying my rent. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests. This place is a little older, but well maintained. It is a family friendly place and has quiet hours, which I appreciated. My neighbors were all great and friendly.

We lived at Union Meadows for two years and really enjoyed our time there. Rent was a great deal, especially for such a good location. Office staff and maintenance were very quick, responsive, and friendly. The community was quiet, friendly, and relaxed; we never had any issues with noisy or rude neighbors. The units are well maintained and very pleasant. I'd absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Fort Union area.

Union Meadows is a Great location. We lived here for a little over a year and it was awesome. We would still be there if I worked any closer. The building it self is a bit older but very well maintained. The staff in the office are very professional and very transparent (no hidden fees). Susan is very knowledgeable about the property and can surly answer any question you have. The location is great near the freeway, plenty of options for food. The only negative experience we had while living here was because of a tree located in front of our building that was home to some box elder bugs. The issue did not last long, The ladies in the office hire a group to spray twice a week so since then we have had no issues. also I believe that was only an issue in my building.
