This is a great location.It's expanding, all the news stores home depot. You got Walt Disney a really cool movie Theater , Seems like everything's Moving Out that way. for a great family location. Great things happen out in this loction,very nice. Maintenance and management there the best.

Just had a horrific experience with a male leasing person in the Mailroom. I was physically assaulted for attempting to pick up a package. He was belligerent and disrespectful. Do not lease at Union House. The customer service is toxic and really non existent. No response from management regarding this incident. Unacceptable.

This has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I have ever had. There is a persistent, overpowering odor in my apartment—especially in the bathroom and closet—that smells like strong onion/ body odor/ curry/ rotten food or animal (don’t know). The smell is disgusting and completely unacceptable, making the apartment feel unsanitary and unlivable. What is even worse is management’s total lack of action and communication. I have contacted the leasing office and corporate multiple times, and no one has responded or provided a solution. Despite this, they seem to expect me to continue living with these conditions for the remaining 10 months of my lease, as if tolerating a severe odor problem is reasonable. Don’t move in here!!! New management has ruined it for everyone. All 5 star reviews are before the new management. I have lived here for almost a year now and everything was great until the new management GreyStar took over. They are unresponsive, never answer phones, Luis the front desk person is rude and is always “unaware of what going on” or “this is the first I’m hearing of this”, yet he is one of the main people in the office. We were mandated to have our cabinets changed even though there were no issues. The third-party they brought in to repair them left my lights on and left me without cabinets for 2 days!! And to make it even better, the “new cabinets” were all scratched up, sticky, and have corners peeling…so now I have to pay for all the electricity that was wasted and have m

This places stinks horrible than a trash , the hall ways are always with dog pop and pee every where. And there are fluids from the trash all over the hall ways and stairs form past 2 to 3 moths no one cleans them . Too much dog hair . We are afraid that we may get very sick because the smell , highly infected areas , there is no way but to go through the filth .
