Uncommon Athens

I have had a great experience at Uncommon! The staff is extremely friendly and always make an effort to say hi or good morning. The proximity to campus and downtown is truly unbeatable and has been extremely convenient for me as a new student. I was apprehensive at first because of some of the lower reviews, but I have yet to experience anything even close to what is described in the low reviews. I highly recommend Uncommon to any student who values good location and friendly staff!

I toured the uncommon recently and was very impressed. If at all possible get Gracie as your tour guide because she was great in showing my roommates and I all of the amenities that the Uncommon offers. She was also very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Very impressed overall!

I am super excited to live at the Uncommon Athens! Gracie Goble gave us a tour of the apartment, as well as provided advice and detailed information about living in the Uncommon that convinced me to sign a lease here. I am looking forward to joining the welcoming community of the Uncommon!

Please do not sign here. I have been displaced for my apartment and living in hotel rooms for a month due to flooding (without compensation and moving back to back to different hotels during school days). Apparently the same source of the flooding happened last year and has yet to be fixed resulting in flooding this year. It has truly been a miserable experience. Not to mention, there has been broken water heaters for units above that has caused additional flooding on different circumstances. The building is so poorly built. There’s numerous hazards, including lint, suffocating the maintenance closet in the units. If you decide to pay for covered parking with gates expect your car be broken into due to the gates, constantly breaking months at a time Letting anyone just in. The fire alarms

I had a great experience touring the Uncommon with Gracie! She was super knowledgeable and helpful to answer any questions. My roommates and I were impressed with the building and Gracie. We loved the tour and had a wonderful time!
