My husband and I had such an amazing experience working with the Athens America’s Home Place branch! From day one, Mandy and Maggie were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and just genuinely great to work with. Building a home can feel overwhelming, but they made the whole process feel smooth, exciting, and honestly really fun. They helped us narrow down the perfect floor plan and walked us through choosing finishes without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. They were super patient with our questions (and we had a lot 😅) and always made sure we felt confident in every decision we made. We are still in early stages of building but so far they have been excellent to work with at every step. We moved back home in June of 2020 to build a home on my family land. We had nothing but trouble trying to find someone that would do anything at all. I wish I had just gone to AHP from the very start. Every person we have worked with, Cullen, Mandy, Bill, and Bobby have been wonderful and made this so easy and dare I say quick! Lastly, I am having custom master closet and pantry work done by another company. When they came out to measure after framing was completed, they said this is BY FAR, the cleanest job site they had ever seen. Also they said the framers had done an awesome job and the measurements were dead on, apparently that’s unusual, and I’m guessing this closet company looks

I’ve been trying to find a builder that I trust to build my dream house. I’ve found what I was looking for with Americas Home Place. Everyone has been extremely thoughtful and patient during the process. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for making this an easy decision!

We moved into our decmber of 2023 and couldn’t ask for a better home building experience. Lincoln was our project manager out of Athens and Justin over to warranty inspections is great. We were very surprised at how thorough their inspections are to make sure their customers are happy. Amazing people and an amazing company.
