Pointe Grand North Athens Apartments

Pointe Grand has been a wonderful place to live! As a medical professional, it’s wonderful to have very accommodating staff and a luxurious apartment at an affordable price. I had one service repair placed, and they were the fastest I’ve ever seen and extremely professional. Coming from someone who’s been in apartments for 8 years, this place has been my favorite thus far.

Moved into the townhome a couple months ago and have enjoyed our time so far. The staff is very nice and help where they can. The maintenance team is great. There are small issues here and there but not unexpected in a rental, especially a new build. Great place to live so far!

While Pointe Grand — Honest Review We love living at Pointe Grand. The office staff has always been super sweet and helpful, and maintenance is very nice and incredibly quick. I also agree with other residents that a playground would be a great addition for families. Other than that, the community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept. The only issue I’ve personally experienced was regarding the promotion that was offered when I first applied. I agreed to the quoted rent based on a two-month free promotion for signing a 24-month lease, and I applied the same day based on that offer. I was even able to choose my move-in date accordingly. However, once I moved in and asked about the promotion being applied, I was told differently and unfortunately never received what was originally promise

I can confidently say that Pointe Grand North Athens is the best apartment complex I’ve been in so far in Athens. Upon our first few weeks living here we had to get our garage door fixed. In that time, it had to stay open for a few days due to it being a holiday weekend and we had not one thing stolen from it. They have sidewalks all around the complex and cameras at every corner. They’ve done such a great job at trying to get everyone involved in knowing each other— they’ve hosted a yoga class, paint and sip, tailgate party, flower arrangement etc. They’re super easy to get along with. I also think a playground would be way cool as I have a 5 year old, but the things already in place are very nice. I think my own complaint would be the drivers speeding through the parking lots as if it’s

I had such a positive experience touring this apartment with Maeve. She was very helpful with every question I had. I can tell the rest of the office staff are also very accommodating and I am so excited to live here next year!
