The only consistently positive person I interacted with was Jazlyn, who was professional, helpful, and genuine. The maintenance team also made an effort and tried their best. Beyond that, I can’t say much positive about the rest of the office staff or overall management. It was difficult to understand what the property manager actually does on a day-to-day basis. My biggest issues were with the front desk. Debbie R. was dishonest in several interactions, and I strongly regret failing to create a proper paper trail when dealing with her. If you speak with her, document everything and always follow up conversations with email. That was a mistake on my part, and I would advise others not to make the same one. Where do I begin. Parking is horrible! Not enough visitor or residence parking. Residence & visitors from the other buildings park in my complex lot,so there is never enough parking. A dozen complaints about the apartment which we were not allowed to see prior to moving in. No help, or reimbursement When it comes to towing vehicles, it's ridiculous, if there was enough parking spaces, no one would get towed. I've been towed, other people have been also, but when they start towing company vehicles or unmarked police cars that's absurd! Jocelyn, I know I spelled her name wrong, is fantastic! She's is the best employee to talk to about anything, no one else knows how to run the complex. Maintenance is great tho, very helpful, always in top of things. Came to visit a friend who JUST moved into this place. I parked in a BLANK spot to the side away from the buildings there were zero markings or signs stating I couldn’t park near in said spot. Came out in the morning to my off duty K9 vehicle gone. I called the police to find out that someone had towed my vehicle. With ZERO signs in this location how would anyone know where to park? Also the lack of a ticket, summons, letter, or contact to even make me aware that my K9 vehicle was towed is totally unacceptable. I called the tow place and they had my vehicle. The lady at the desk was completely rude too and very matter of fact and told me the vehicle needs to have permit to park… well as a matter of fact if there were some signs or indications that as a visitor I couldn’t park there that wo

Move in here at your own risk. You will be fine as long as you never need anything that requires management’s involvement. Once you do, don’t expect any help. Tiffanie is not a good manager for the property as she does not care about residents complaints. If you have a pest complaint, neighbor trouble, noise complaint, or other property complaints that maintenance can’t fix, nothing will be done about it until you inevitably move out. Maintenance on the other hand is great. Parking is chill, the gym smells bad all the time and is very dusty, broken equipments aren’t fixed for long periods of time, and there is always dog poop lying around. Beware of spiders. You can move in here, but don’t expect management to work with you or try to solve your problems.
