I would give 1/2 star but that is not allowed. I was to close on my new home 10/10 3PM, this title company was handling the sale of my home in VA, the new owners closed at 1030AM. It was told numerous times to Shelia Watson there were multiple closings, my new in in SC and the 80+ couple whose house I bought were in GA.. Shelia was informed by me and my realtor, for over 2 weeks prior to closing multiple closing which is why the first closing was at 1030. I checked my account at my closing lawyer's office prior to signing papers and noted no funds. When I asked the lawyer, he stated they had not received the funds either. At 4pm when there were still no funds I called the office. I was transferred to Shelia and the call went to voicemail. I saw I had an email message, it was from her, stat

The services that were provided were thorough and efficient. The online information gathering was clearly laid out and easy to fill in.
