I was a potential renter for Apt I014 and I had my GF go check out the Apt for me since I live in Modesto CA at the moment and I didn’t want to sign the lease until she saw the apt. I find it really unacceptable and extremely unprofessional for UCA staff to be extremely rude to my GF after I left 2 VMs messages 12/1 giving them the heads up and setting up two online appointments 12/1 and 12/2. I have yet received a phone call and there was no one there on site expecting my GF. ZERO STARS

Meena and his team are consistently accommodating, professional, and proactive in caring for their fitness center. We’re grateful to handle their quarterly maintenance and are excited to continue working with them!

HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT they have a ROACH INFESTATION. Absolutely disgusting called fair housing and health department because this is so disgusting believe the reviews look at yelp there is an infestation here And it’s poorly ran they do not care these claims date back as far as 4 years , crazy thing is we have one been here 5 days and haven’t even brought any food into the apartment and HAD TO HIRE OUR OWN DEEP CLEANERS BEFORE WE MOVED ON BECAUSE THW UNIT WAS FILTHY. So even after a professional deep clean and NO FOOD STILL WE ARE FINDING ROACHES. Their so called “Exterminators” come in with a can of raid and leave your unit smelling horrible for days just for the roaches to return to their regularly scheduled business like they have been here for years . There is a major roach problem at UCA. Beyond that, the plumbing is horrible. When the apartments above put food down the drain, it clogs the bottom apartment kitchen sink, and overflows, creating a flood in the cabinets and all over the floor. The units share a hot water heater, so if you’re not first, or if you’re trying to shower while others are, the hot water dwindles, and goes from warm to cold, back and forth, the entire time you’re in there.

Oh God where do I start...I feel like I just completed the last night on FNAF as I moved out today. Since I moved here under a year ago I had a roach infestation, a nasty house to move in to, maggot infestation, a flood which we haven't been paid for the damages for over 6 months now, alcoholic fighting neighbors, and MORE AND MORE AND MORE. If you can afford it just move somewhere else
