Hidden Oaks has changed over the years. The small apartment community has come full circle. It is returning back to the place to feel at home. Since coming under new management, the grounds have undergone some much needed landscaping. Tenants who once attracted negative attention have been moved out, and coming home has taken on a new meaning. The office staff and management have been instrumental in providing a professional, clean, safe, and friendly living environment. I look forward to see what the new year brings for this community, a true beacon for apartment living in the city of Albany.

I'm a student at Albany State University, and I love living in these clean and convenient apartments. Thanks to new management, Ms. Jennifer, this apartment complex feels like a community. I love that the staff cares about us not only as residents but also as humans (commonly treating us as family). Previous to new management there were plenty of loud disturbances in the complex at night, however now I commonly see elders out at night walking their dogs and conversing with neighbors. Any work orders I submitted have been completed within a short time span (24-48hrs). I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with Hidden Oaks Albany GA.

Truth is living out here in Hidden Oaks has truly change. You very seldom see anybody. Everybody seem to be afraid to come outside to socialize or say anything to loud. There is no communication with the office. They just jack up the rent and didn't give no kind of heads up. The least they could have done is send out a letter in advance. Rats in the apartment and I guess the increase is for them. At one point the grounds were looking real nice I've notice in the last week it looks a mess especially around the big dumpsters and certain areas of the parking lot . I've read a lot of these reviews and and I find it hilarious and dressed up to make things look good. Remember sometimes things are not as they seem.

My lease is up in 2 months where I live, I was out searching for a new place to live. I visited 4 apartment complexes 2 of them was out by the mall and 2 of them on the east side. I came to Hidden Oaks apartments and as I drove around the grounds was clean, the swimming pool was crystal clear, that's not something you see on the weekends and a pool clean and clear... You hardly see this in the summer time. And there wasn't guys hanging out in the parking lot. I Wil visit the office when they open on Monday. I believe this is the place God wants me to be.

I have lived here 4 yrs. And the last 3 months have been the best ive seen the complex. Ms. Jennifer is very nice and understanding. The grounds are very clean the work orders are getting done. Everyone is talking about how the new mangement is taking care of every one here. Thanks Hidden Oaks!!
