These people are slumlords in every meaning of the word! They refuse to fix property damages and they Jack up the rent sky high. Charging $600 or more for roach infested properties and some have mold in them. If I could sue them I would! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! At all costs, they don’t fix anything and they also will not exterminate roach/ rat infested homes. Please avoid them

They rent roach infested homes that they refuse to fix up. They’re Slum lords who acquired many of their properties from venture manor. And they KNOW most of their properties are roach infested and have mold. I’ve also hired a person from the state out of Fayetteville so I can sue them for negligence even after we complained to them MANY times. We have everything documented. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They will collect your money and fix nothing

Mrs. Renee is a very sweet lady and when some thing needs to be fixed u can count on them to fix any thing that goes wrong and she is willing to work with u as long as she see u trying
