Upon moving out of Cliff Creek Apartments (a property this company manages) I feel I was over-charged for damages and cleaning. I cleaned my apartment regularly and cleaned the apartment per the move-out check-list provided by management. I was then charged over $400 for cleaning expenses, minor repairs (filling holes I already filled), painting (in their moveout checklist it says to fill the holes nowhere did it say I was required to paint patches) and having the over 3 year old carpets re-cleaned after I had them professionally cleaned and some blinds my dog broke that I agreed to pay for. My wife spoke with them to dispute some of these charges and was called"little lady" and disregarded. Their resolution to the dispute was have a check here or get reported to the credit bureaus; after

Whew ,the people that run the co--o.o in Dunn treated you like you were something on the bottom of their shoe. Especially the head man ,when it was time for inspection was the worst. No matter how well your apt looked they still came in with their noses in the air acting like something was going to jump on them. I spoke to him about it. He told me it was a privilege for me to live there so be glad they let me live there! Now after I move ,been gone over 6 months and they trying to stick me with a512 dollar bill,for a small burn on this indoor out door carpet. I already knew I wasn't going to get my deposit back because of that and I had no problem with that. And I still clean the apartment and the manager at that time walk with me the day of my final walkthrough nothing but now they day

I was on the Phone with Janet and Pat for over an hour. Getting an issue resolved. They helped me solve the problem while also having a great time doing it. Top tier in my books. Keep up the good work ladies.

It's a good place to live at especially if you're elderly you feel safe but they owners are getting older and they don't keep the upkeep I mean like my vents and my apartment blow out and dust is what they say it is to the point where it covers my feelings and when I asked the maintenance about it they said that the owners said that it wasn't harmful they turned it in had it checked I said harmful how I said any kind of dust is harmful especially if your duck work is stopped up so it's still living with and we each have our own air conditioning units so all they have to do is have somebody come in and clean out each unit most of those two most cost $300 a unit they just couldn't do that they couldn't afford to do that I said no but they can afford to go buy my rent every year that's crazy

If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible management. They never return phone calls. Very unprofessional and they really don't care about their tenants. I would avoid DTH Management and Ridgecrest Apartments at all costs!
